Committee

The ‘behind the scenes’ work is done by the committee.  This includes: 
paying all the bills, wages, administering the accounts, working out the fees and grants, running the admissions, dealing with health and safety, insurance, newsletters, fundraising etc etc.  The committee is an entirely voluntary body of parents/carers and without it the playgroup cannot run.

Meetings are held in the evening once each half term - a total of 6 per year.  They are an excellent way of getting to know what happens at playgroup, and also of meeting new people. New members are always welcome.
